Jaileene Rodríguez, Ph.D.
Dr. Jaileene Rodríguez holds a PhD in Psychology from Carlos Albizu University in San Juan, specializing in Consulting, Research, and Teaching. I am also an active member of the Puerto Rico Psychologists Association and volunteer for the Committee on Psychologically Healthy Organizations. I am also a certified coach through the CoachArt Institute, with the Masteries Practitioner designation awarded by the International Coaching Association (IAC). I currently work as a mentor coach and program coordinator at CoachArt Group, where I support the development of strategies and interventions that facilitate the creation of spaces for personal and professional growth for both individuals and organizations. I am also a professor at Albizu University, teaching classes on Research Methodologies in Psychology and Statistics.
With the goal of fostering comprehensive development, I have been expanding my skills in various areas that give me a deeper understanding of the work environment and its members.
